The TATP © is based on a template system that benefits nationwide programs by helping their teachers to earn quality
training hours.
The teachers become more consciously competent, in their work with children, families and other professionals.
Teachers will be knowledgeable of Child Development Appropriate Practices they will discuss and implement appropriate practices, following a sensitive bilingual-multicultural approach towards families and will honor an ethical professional conduct.
After achieving the Training Certificate teachers can continue their education and professional growth.
The CDA professionals will determine an overall High Quality Program, which meets the requirements below:
